They have n… MoreThe service team at Koch has once again shown that they're not just there to take the customers money, (as I have experienced at other dealerships) they are there to help the customer. They have no control over the lack of parts in North America to fix my transmission but after a short meeting with the service manager explaining the huge personal dilemma this was causing my family, he and his service team pulled off a miracle and had my car fixed and going home in 24 hours.
