My introduction to Koch Ford Lincoln started with the person laughing at me when I told them that I had pulled the door handle off my SUV. I was asked if I had turned into the hulk. Very unprofessional. I was then booked in for an appointment to have the handle replaced but no one bothered to see if they had the part in stock so the work wasn’t completed that day. The second day I came they didn’t order all the parts they needed to complete the work and said that they could just glue it back together for me. If I wanted my vehicle glued back together I would not have come to a dealer ship. Finally on the third trip the work was completed. They quoted me 1 hour work time and it took 1.5 hours. Over the three trips it took 3 hours to have the work done. After I got my vehicle back they had left the old dirty parts on my car seat with nothing under them so I got to clean up the mess. They did reduce the cost of the labor slightly because they felt bad about how many trips I had to make but the damage was done. I was going to write this off and not do a review about this but Koch started texting asking me to. Less
