Are you referring to the oil change which I booked and made sure the oil additive was added or are you referring to the Service work, just recently booked through Ashley to whom your referring to. The survey should be about the service tech who found/identified the leak repair covered by warranty. We'll see what happens., but asking me to complete a survey before the work done is annoying. Other than the oil change No other work on the vehicle has been done yet but is booked, your survey request is like tipping for a meal before experiencing the service and the food. I have nothing to comment on my experience with Koch Lincoln Ford yet, let's wait for the work to be completed. Less
I bought my car there just for the client service by Andrés Moreno, great person and very nice, he did all of possible for I got my car and the best of all is he speak Spanish. 100% recommend
