Another company had sold me a car with multiple recalls on it that they didn't tend to prior , even lied in the carfax saying that there were no recalls on the vehicle. As a result, I was 10 years past the time of the open recall when my power steering gave out on the highway with myself and my children inside. I called Koch when I heard about the recall and they got me in right away. The company that sold me the car did absolutely nothing, Koch went above and beyond and kept my children and I safe. I am a single mother who had previously put her faith in the wrong people and I was lost.Koch told me about the recall being overdue and comped me a rental till they figured something out. Connie in service went above and beyond for me and so did Evan in sales. They saw the hopelessness of the situation and gave me hope. They really heard me, listened to me while I cried and in the end, they took over my car loan and I drove home after 4 days in a 2018 Ford Escape, 2 year warranty, free summer tires and teddy bears for my children. They saved me that day and for that I will always recommend Koch Ford Lincoln. They got a customer for life and my faith was restored.
