The Service Advisor, Danielle Brice, was amazing! Very helpful, accommodating and friendly. I was considering going to another dealership for service but my experience dealing with Danielle has convinced me to stay at Koch. She gets 5 stars but because it took a number of visits before getting the level service I expect as Lincoln owner, I’m giving a 4 star review. Less
