There was a gentleman who helped me out, wish I'd asked his name. He sat to the right of his coworker Ash. Any way he found the issue right away, the bulb was only loose. Then I asked him if he could show me how to put on my new windshield wipers I'd purchased. He did indeed show me. Never charged me a cent for either one, just a smile he said. He was so kind and I couldn't be more grateful for his absolute outstanding customer service he provided. God bless him. Merry Christmas 🎄🥰 Less
