I went back on to tell the shop assist service manager Mustapha Shahadat on what I had found. Overall he was a nice guy but when I showed him my cracked windshield he told me no problem they will see what happened, but also goes on to tell me this place has a lot of cameras and we can see how the vehicle came in (i think trying to tell me that I brought in my Navi windshield with a Crack), I told him that would be amazing. As they checked their cameras he came back to tell me that the one camera out of the 6 in the service bay had glare sp they could t tell. Then I asked for the vehicle service report which they do upon the vehicle coming in, which shows all the cracks and chips on the vehicle. After a little time he brought it and on the report it showed that there windshield was not cracked, he told me maybe the tec missed it and didnt check, then he told me that maybe it happened bc of the cold weather, and really nothing they can do. I obviously refused to take that for a answer, so he said he would call me back in a day or so after discussing with his manager to see what they will do. 2 days later he calls and offers me "$450 on the most discounted windshield", I couldn't belive he was offering me $450 on a OEM windshield that would cost me $1800. I told him I would discuss with his manager the director Dave Uhryn, hoping to get a better result. I called him yesterday, and he had no idea what had happened, so I explained ro him what had happened and he also went to find excuses on how its my fault that the vehicle has 90k km so it must have chips on it, and $45p is the best they will do. This is obviously the last time I will go here for any work, they like most other dealerships have once again showed how slimy they are. I will be contacting the general manager, (have tried hut hes on vacation till after Christmas) to hopefully come up with a solution, not holding my breath, especially after speaking to Dave but after his condescending attitude and tone I dont thibk I'll get far..... Ewen and Ash are both great to work with. I would recommend Koch anytime. Less
Their service is amazing from check in time to checking out. Angie was very helpful to all the details that I’ve wanting to know.
