I have been a customer of Koch Ford for just over 6 years, and the staff in the service department have gone far over and above in accommodating me as well as my expectations when it comes to my vehicle. The service staff have the greatest customer service I have ever experienced and I will admit I'm not always the most pleasant customer. But none the less they have always done their absolute best in keeping me satisfied and in cheerful spirits, when driving way after my vehicle has been serviced. Let's not forget the service squad they have working endlessly on Ford Customers Vehicles getting them up to par for what Customers have brought them in for. I'll always bring my vehicle to Koch for there impeccable service to my vehicle, as well as, the extraordinary customer service I recieve everytime I walk through their door.
