The price discussed was $5000 more over the phone then in person which is terrible to bait and switch. The sales person was not well trained and the manager seemed more interested in giving us excuses and barriers then helping us get excited about a new car. We were told they wouldn't allow us a test drive without us agreeing to prices, then they wanted to source one of my specs (just a different color than the one in the branch) so i would know the exact price which seems ridiculous... They didn't run us through the vehicles features at all. We were very unimpressed and would never step foot in here again. We left feeling insulted- Way to lose a sale of $76K. We drove to Lacombe Ford and they had AMAZING service. Less
