I knew nothing and put the entire process in their hands. Blair Martin and his team took mountains and turned them into ant hills, including a troublesome USA recall. I left a few days later with my car having passed both Canadian and Alberta inspections, the recall satisfied and coaching on my next steps with RIV and the Registry. Blair is amazing, as are all the team members I encountered. The shop is welcoming, clean and well organized. Coming to Edmonton from a small town with a generational family Ford dealership, I had no expectation that I would encounter the same level of service in a huge Edmonton. I am happily convinced that is not the case with Koch. Thank you all! Less

And if you leave your tool under my hood after MY LAST MAINTENANCE PACKAGE OIL CHANGE DENTING MY HOOD, do not offer me 15% off a year of preventative maintenance.
