I was navigating dealing with the insurance company and buying a new vehicle in a short period of time. I have been a Ford customer for over 20 years, had previously driven 3 Edges which I loved, and have dealt with a few different dealerships in Edmonton. I had poor service from the last dealership I had dealt with so I decided to try Koch and see what they could do for me. A decision I certainly don’t regret! When I first called Koch I was put in touch with the sales manger Federico Maya who really listened to what I was looking for and went above and beyond to find me the “right” vehicle. He narrowed down some options for me and was totally transparent about the pricing. No pressure, lots of patience, very responsive to my calls and texts and no stress. Once we decided on a vehicle, he made arrangements to get it in for me right away and to take delivery when it was convenient for me. Dax Stuckey in the finance department was also amazing making everything so smooth and easy, with no pressure. He didn’t try to up-sell me with extras I didn’t want. A stress free, totally transparent meeting in the finance department .. how refreshing! They even looked after getting my registration for me saving me a trip to the local registry office. Delivery was handled by Lucas Speichert who greeting me when I arrived and ensured the delivery went smoothly. He took the time to go over the vehicle and features with me even though I was very familiar with the Edge, Synced my phone and also went over the new things like the Ford Pass app. He assured me if I had any questions after delivery that he would be there to assist me. Everything from start to finish was handled friendly and professionally. This dealership and the people I dealt with really take the car buying experience to a new level. Absolutely the best personal service and vehicle buying experience I have ever had. I would strongly recommend dealing with the team at Koch for all your new vehicle needs. Less

My wife and I were in to test drive a truck the other day and the lady who came with us was not wearing a proper mask (just a buff pulled up over her face). How does a business allow this? I'm sur… MoreMy wife and I were in to test drive a truck the other day and the lady who came with us was not wearing a proper mask (just a buff pulled up over her face). How does a business allow this? I'm sure Ford can afford to purchase masks for their employees during a global pandemic. Then, about 1 minute after getting into the truck with us (a small enclosed space) she proceeds to take her mask off!!! I asked her to please leave her mask on which she was clearly offended by and then proceeded to act childish and slighted for the rest of the test drive. We also made an offer on a truck, and the manager handled it very poorly. If he had showed kindness, thanked us for the offer, said he valued our business and that we could potentially come together, then I'm sure we could have worked out a fair price, but he acted offended and pulled out all the traditional rude dealer remarks. Brutal. We left promptly. Our sales guy Lucas, was completely fine and pleasant. Less
