Noticed a bulge in my tire, made an appointment for my 64000 service and a look at my tire. When I brought it in I asked Eddie that if I needed 2 new tires I would like to use my never used spare and use the slightly used tire as a spare. Eddie called me and told me that I need two new tires and that my spare tire was not the same tread so could not be used. Over $600.00. I needed my truck for work the next day so I told him I would come back on my lunch break the next day. Driving down the Henday at 7:15 am at 80 km in a construction zone I needed to clean my windshield, turned it on and couldn’t see anything as they had left the plastic blade cover on the blades. Have pictures! Went to fountain tire during my break, spare tire is the same and I only needed to buy one tire as my other tires were still good. Never will go back for service here Less
