Really laid back and nice, made the buying experience as easy as possible for me.

I knew which unit I wanted to look at and Michael had it up front and ready for me when I arrived. Michael observed social distancing, I was able to test drive the vehicle on my own, and there was hand sanitizer available to me. Through negotiations Michael was honest and straight forward, he was sure to involve his managers if there was any information he was uncertain of. I was pleased that all of the quotes provided to me were based on realistic interest rates, as well as included the correct warranty that had been negotiated. The deal was clear, consistent, and without surprises. A week later Michael followed up with me to ensure that I was satisfied with the vehicle. Once I expressed my concern about some scratches from a previous owner, Michael coordinated with the detail department to have them polished out free of charge. All in all I had a positive, professional experience at Koch Ford and I would recommend them as a good place to purchase a vehicle. Less
I purchased extended warranty due to known issues with F150. Before warranty expired, had truck in 3 times to identify a banging in Driveline. New driveshaft installed which did nothing to help. New driveshaft installed which did nothing to help. Koch said unable to find issue. Occurs worst in warmer conditions. Unfortunately visited Koch in winter. Warranty expired, noise bad. Diff leaking. Koch said out of warranty. No help from them. Yet they did note an issue and replaced parts not causing the issue. Called Ford Canada, they said its a workmanship issue with Koch and they washed their hands. Not impressed. Staff are nice to deal with but in the end repairs not done under warranty, won't fix now.
