In my hometown of Whitehorse, and a few other places , I’ve had such bad experience that it makes my stomach turn. It was so bad here that I would rather fly from Whitehorse to Edmonton to deal with another dealership instead of ever setting foot into the greasy sales floor here in my home town - never again. Driving from Edmonton to Whitehorse 2,000 kilometre was still a better deal than buying from my local dealership. When I traded in my 2018 Explorer sport for my 2019 F-150 Limited , the people at Koch Ford were straight up , honest , no tricks and no BS. They treated me with respect, offered fair pricing and made me feel like a valued customer. I highly recommend them and my next new Ford will be from them. Thanks for a great experience guys and if you want a real professional salesman , go see Brennan at Koch Ford. 10/10, A++++++++++++ Less
