Dealing with car problems is overly stressful for me as I don't know anything about cars and I was also worried about a huge bill after it was all said and done. I was having a particularly bad day on top of that and it was fairly evident to the staff in service. Alisha in service was beyond compassionate and showed me so much patience and understanding. She explained everything to me and made the whole process as stress free as possible! In the end everything worked out. I was beyond touched by her humanity in the situation. She went above and beyond what she is paid to do. I would highly recommend Kosh Ford Service. Less
