The estimate I received, based on a partial description of the problem was "starting at $3500". i called Koch and spoke to Paula, who suggested I bring her in for a diagnostic on their system, which would give them the ability to give me an accurate quote for the job. She also told me that they would be able to help with After Warranty Aftercare so that both Lincoln and Koch could subsidize part of the cost. She booked me in with a loaner for the day. Paula going to leave my car there for a few days --- not driveable--- and have them start the job in a few days.When I said that I would return the loaner if somebody could point me towards transit. Paula's response was "You drive a Lincoln, you can't take transit..... keep the loaner." Parts had to be ordered, so I waited while they fixed my car. Near the end, Paula notified me that "She hoped I didn't mind, but she had gained a further decrease in my cost." I love how Lincoln looks after their clients and so strongly promotes brand loyalty. I received exceptional service and when it is time to upgrade our vehicle, we will definitely be buying our next Lincoln from Koch. Thank you Thank you Thank you, Paula!!!!! Less
