Their website was well designed and it was easy to locate the models available. I was contacted via email by Brennan, their online sales manager, who was very helpful in setting up a test drive of a late model Escape. We met with Brennan at the dealership and were introduced to Steve, who then accompanied us and explained the features and benefits of the Escape during our test drive. After considering the used Escape, we ended up purchasing a new 2019 model. Throughout the process, Brennan and Steve looked after us very professionally and personably. The day after our purchase, we had to drive to Calgary. The Escape handled perfectly and we are very pleased with it. I have no hesitation in recommending Koch. This is our third Escape in the past 19 years and our 4th Koch vehicle. We keep going back because of their service and client care. Less

Each and every person I have personally interacted with (regardless of department) has been exceptional in every way. By far, my absolute favorite dealership and this is comparing to the other luxury dealerships in the Edmonton area. I will always recommend to friends and family that they at least(walk into this location) because if the greeting they receive upon walking through those doors for the first time is any comparison to ours; they won't walk away without acquiring a new vehicle(or wanting one).
