Can't forget the sales manager either he even threw in a case of coffee cups! Guess whose saving a ton of time because they don't have to wash cups? This guy! Less

After an hour’s worth of shop fees on top of the winter inspection charge, they determined that both IWEs needed replacing, quoting me $1400 (I called around afterwards and was quoted $1000 at 3 different shops). After researching IWE failures for F150s and a quick 10 minute troubleshoot on my vehicle, I was able to determine that it was a split hose causing the failed tests that the shop conducted. Overall, their staff are friendly, their inspection report was very detailed and explained nicely, but I’m very happy I did my own research before bringing my vehicle back there. Pretty disappointed I paid ~$180 for an incorrect diagnosis for what will be a rather cheap repair, but happy I didn’t pay that additional $1400. I recommend doing a quick google search of their diagnosis before booking your appointment. Less
