All dealerships love taking your money when purchasing but to me the key in complete commitment & service is how they chose to continue that customer relationship. I witnessed not just one of the service employees but the service manager as well conduct themselves in an extremely rude manner, completely treating the customer in the utmost disrespect. I couldn’t help but over hear the issues and in no way was the customer at fault. Not only did the service department give the customer the wrong under warranty battery, hadn’t complete proper administrative paper work & had to rely on the customer to help them complete their mistakes, but by the sounds of it the customer had been to Koch Service department several times over something that one would think is quite simple. We all make mistakes but not once did I hear any employee or the service manager, apologize little lone use “thank you”, “please”, or a decent tone of voice, helping the customer in any way was in no way on any of those employees. As result, Our family as of this afternoon, chose another Ford Dealership in the city, to purchase another new Ford product. Have no problem taking a customers money but for us the more prevalent issue, is how they treat you when service is needed. Less

Dealt primarily with Brennan and Phil - both were very quick to respond to me. I am from out of town, so I had to communicate through emails and phone calls. Jennifer Brown went out of her way to make sure she found me the truck I wanted and to make me feel like a valued customer. There were some challenges in finding me the right truck but Jennifer worked quickly and efficiently and ended up finding me an excellent truck. Jennifer helped me get the best price for my trade in and was very focused on keeping me up to date on the progress of my truck delivery. When I drove into town to pick up my truck, Jennifer had everything 100% ready and waiting for me. Everyone at Koch Ford, from Jennifer to the sales managers to the finance team, they were all very dedicated to ensuring a positive experience. I would recommend Koch Ford to anyone looking for a new vehicle! Less
