Had a sudden service related issue with our Lincoln today. With literally zero notice my wife was able to get great help from Koch staff and get it in for service while obtaining a rental immediately (no loaners available with such short notice) This isn't the first time we've been in and had great service and it doesn't hurt that it was a warranty covered issue as well.
