However, when the time came that I was buying my personal car, this experience turned out to be the worst. I had to deal with an arrogant and rude assistant sales manager who pressured me to committing to a deal that wasn't even fully discussed. You don't treat loyal customers that way. Less

I was the victim of a hit and run. The folks in the body shop at Koch were fantastic from arranging for a rental to pick me to having the truck towed to the police station when I reported the accident. Terry Peck went above and beyond looking after me and the repairs were done within a week. You can't say enough about service like that, they did a fantastic job. Thanks again, Henry Less
