Had issues three times in a row after I was a loyal customer for over two years. Tried charging me over 220 dollars when I have warranty, and the maintenance package just to LOOK at my vehicle. I called other Ford dealerships and they explained they wouldn't charge me a dime to look at the car since I pay every month for the extra maintenance. Repetitive bad service from an employee named Ashley including telling me "I GUESS I'll help you" while turning around shaking her head at an employee because I put my key on her desk.. These are just a few of the things that have gone on. I do not recommend this place and would never go back. Ever. Less
