We had another positive experience with Koch, following the decision to trade up to an F350. Sales Rep Jared Nytchay gave us excellent service, answered our questions and provided a raft of information, via email and in person , that helped us to make a solid decision about what to buy. We made the decision to place a factory order. Jared helped us with the specs, negotiated a good price, and got us very fair value for our F150 on trade. Another positive experience! Love going to Koch because Blair and the service department always take such good care of me and my little girl. Super friendly and always willing to do whatever it takes to make sure we are happy.
I went to Koch because I have a plug-in hybrid Fusion, and they are supposed to be leaders in plug-in/electric vehicles in the Edmonton area. I did not see any differentiating value than my usual dealership, not to mention the up-selling. If I owned the dealership that had a charging station, I probably wouldn't block it to showcase an F-150, and I'd probably charge my customer's vehicle (though not expected) as a perk. I'll just stick with my usual dealership. Less
