The work is done and my LS is working great again. There was a slight discrepancy on the quote given to me, but was quickly corrected by the manager. Heard rattling during my test drive which was not fixed before I purchased it due to my own forgetfulness. Ended up bringing it back and they replaced some parts in the front at no cost, but it didnt solve the rattling. They looked at it again and told me it was something else but they wouldnt cover the costs any further, which I sort of expected since there was a lengthy amount of time between my purchase and coming back about the noise. So I ended up replacing this part myself and it still didn't solve the problem. Two supposed fixes later I've still got a car with mystery rattling. It just makes me wonder how well they're inspecting their user vehicles. There's no way they could miss the sound if they drove it. Less
