At no point was my time wasted waiting in the dealership. Every interaction with Kelly and the finance team ran like clock work. My 2025 Nautilus was ready for pick up at the agreed upon date and time, even after I threw in a last minute request for flaps to be installed - they made it happed! The salesperson, Inha, was pleasant and genuinely helpful. She answered all our questions and tried to assist us to the best of her capabilities however things took a turn when we were introduced to another individual, Freddy, who was rude from the very beginning. He kept dismissing our thoughts and questions about interest rates and the prices. This was the worst experience at a dealership. I would genuinely urge anyone going to this dealership to ensure you do not have to deal with Freddy. Less
