My partner and I purchased a 2024 Ford Mustang Night Pony Package. While the initial sales and financing process was smooth, our experience quickly took a turn for the worse. Within a few days of taking delivery, we noticed the bottom skirt panel on the passenger side was misaligned. After reviewing our pre-purchase photos, it was clear the damage existed prior to the sale—a fact that was later acknowledged by the salesperson. We returned the vehicle for repairs, only to encounter additional issues shortly after. The paint near the spoiler began peeling, and the same skirt panel that had been repaired became dislodged again. Experiencing multiple quality issues within the first month of ownership has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing. Efforts to communicate with the dealership about these ongoing concerns were met with limited support. The salesperson’s response was dismissive and unprofessional, and the overall dealership’s handling of the situation was unhelpful. To make matters worse, after we posted an honest review of our experience, the salesperson contacted us directly, attempting to persuade us to change our review. When we inquired about the possibility of trading in the vehicle due to the ongoing issues, we were told we would have to accept a $10,000 loss—despite the vehicle being less than two months old and having already required four warranty-related repairs. This entire experience has been deeply disappointing. Purchasing a brand-new vehicle should be exciting and reassuring, but instead, it has turned into a source of stress and frustration. Less

As the gates were locked, the security person assured us our vehicle would be safe and he would keep an eye on it. Angie Wilson, a service advisor, at the dealership, called us the next day. She told us the dealership would look at it after the long weekend due to the workload and provided an estimate on the diagnostics and a timeline for the potential return. She was apologetic about the delay. As it happened, the diagnosis was quicker and below the original estimate, the repair was completed and slightly less than the estimate and the vehicle was returned to us a day earlier than planned. Angie was very pleasant and professional in how she represented the dealership. It's never nice to have an unexpected breakdown and repair but Angie and the team at Koch made that experience less painful. 10/10 and while we hope we never have to go through it again, we will look to Koch if it does happen.
