I have had a series of extremely disappointing experiences with Waterloo Ford Lincoln. The service advisor, Ken Digness, and the manager, Grant McNeil, consistently failed to take ownership of the issues I faced. My concerns were ignored for over a year, and instead of resolving the problems, they resorted to giving me the cold shoulder and ignoring my calls when I voiced my dissatisfaction. They kept asking me to give 5 star rating in the surveys when they should be focusing on delivering 5 star service. Their rudeness, level of unprofessionalism and lack of accountability is unacceptable. Their service was not only ineffective but also dismissive, leaving me deeply frustrated and questioning my decision to own a Lincoln vehicle. When I was on the verge of selling my Navigator out of sheer frustration, Johanne Hiddo at Lincoln Canada suggested switching service centers. Following her advice, I reached out to Koch Ford, and the difference was night and day. From the moment I contacted them, Koch Ford’s team demonstrated professionalism, understanding, and a genuine commitment to resolving my issues. Diane Bowen and Reagan were incredibly helpful and welcoming, setting a positive tone for my experience. My service advisor, Jay Bromley, went above and beyond—she quickly grasped my concerns without requiring lengthy explanations and ensured that the necessary parts were replaced to make my vehicle fully functional again. Jay’s expertise and proactive approach restored my faith in Lincoln as a brand. The exceptional service at Koch Ford stands in stark contrast to the appalling treatment I received at Waterloo Ford Lincoln.
