After searching all over Alberta for a dealership that not only understands the unique requirements of large RVs and motorhomes but also welcomes them with confidence and competence, I’m beyond thrilled to have found Kosh Ford. What sets this place apart, however, is one extraordinary individual: Jannice Sutherland. From the moment I contacted Kosh Ford, I felt like more than just another service ticket or VIN number. Jannice personally ensured that our oversized Class A motorhome was treated with the respect, attention, and technical knowledge it required. She made what could have been a stressful and logistically difficult experience into something smooth, reassuring, and even enjoyable. Why Kosh Ford Deserves 5 Stars (and More): ✅ Motorhome-Friendly Facilities Unlike many dealerships and service shops that shy away from larger rigs or treat them as a burden, Kosh Ford is clearly set up to accommodate motorhomes, large chassis vehicles, and fleet-sized units. From entry to diagnostics to service bays, there’s no hassle or second-guessing. They have the space, equipment, and team to handle the big stuff. ✅ Expertise You Can Trust Our Ford Triton V8 engine needed specialized diagnostics and some preventative maintenance. The technicians not only knew exactly what they were doing, but they also took the time to explain the process, outline potential issues, and offer suggestions to extend the life of our motorhome. Every step was transparent and professional. ✅ World-Class Customer Service by Jannice Sutherland Here’s where things go above and beyond: Jannice Sutherland is the heart and soul of customer satisfaction at Kosh Ford. Her communication was prompt and precise. She treated our vehicle like her own, advocated for proper service timelines, and kept us updated with integrity and warmth. She genuinely cares — not just about the job getting done, but about how it gets done. Her knowledge of service processes, ability to navigate parts and scheduling, and commitment to customer care are unmatched. She made us feel like VIP clients every step of the way, even in the middle of a busy summer season. Jannice didn’t just manage our service — she owned the experience. ✅ Efficient Turnaround Despite the size and complexity of the vehicle, Kosh Ford had us back on the road quickly and safely. The turnaround was faster than expected without cutting any corners. That’s a rare find these days. ✅ Fair Pricing, Honest Estimates There were no surprises. The estimate was accurate, the billing was clear, and there was no upselling or pressure. For the level of quality and attention we received, the value was outstanding. Whether you're a full-time RVer, a seasonal road warrior, or just passing through Edmonton in your big rig or motorhome, do yourself a favour and contact Kosh Ford. And if you're lucky enough to work with Jannice Sutherland, know that you're in the best possible hands. Her dedication, empathy, and work ethic make her a rare gem in the automotive world — and a major reason Kosh Ford stands out as a premier service location for large vehicles in Alberta. Thank you, Jannice, and thank you, Kosh Ford, for exceeding every expectation. We’ll be back — and we’ll be recommending you to every fellow motorhome owner we meet. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A grateful motorhome owner, Edmonton-bound and road-ready thanks to you. Less

I called Koch first thing in the morning and they were able to get my truck in that morning. They called by noon and let me know one catalytic converter needed to be replaced. They advised they ordered one and it would arrive the next morning and they would install as soon as it arrived. Picked up the truck by 2:00. Excellent service! Less
