We are both neurodivergent and, as is typical for us, we researched Lincolns ahead of time, so we were prepared and did not need much assistance. Kelly recognized that, and set us up with a test drive right away. We chose the second car we drove because it had everything the first one did, but it was a new 2025 with no sunroof, perfect for us. Kelly and the Lincoln team took great care of us every step of the way and handled every concern we had. I highly recommend Kelly and Koch Lincoln. The car we bought is a Lincoln Corsair Premiere. We love it and are finding out so many new and amazing advantages it has over our old car. Our new favourite saying is, “I wish we had this feature before.” If you are looking for a luxury vehicle check a Lincoln Corsair before you buy anything else. And compare the price. We originally didn’t consider a luxury vehicle, but the price was not that much more than a regular sedan or crossover. I guess I just have to say that we are extremely pleased with our purchase. Highly recommend dealing with Koch Ford. I was blown away by the professionalism from the whole staff, Lucas Phil and Nav were great to work with and were not pushy one bit. 5 star for all 3 of them.
