I've had some questionable interactions with the service department at other dealers in the city and was admittedly a bit leery. Koch Ford blew away expectations with awesome communication by text with the service writer and when they couldn't replicate the issue I brought my truck in for, they arranged for the Service Manager to ride in the truck with me to diagnose the problem. They fixed the problem and located a couple other things that they fixed.. all within the same day. Overall I was very impressed with the level of service I received and would recommend Koch to anyone. Less

Free wi fi in waiting lounge allowed me to keep working on my laptop while I waited for the service to be completed. I was always informed about the cost of the service and was out of there in just a bit over an hour. I had a lot of things to do the next day where I needed my vehicle so getting this fixed so fast was what was most important to me and they delivered. Less
