He personally went to the dealership, sent me detailed photos, answered all my questions, and even got on a call with me that same day. The next day, I went in for a test drive and everything was ready. Chris walked me through all the special features of the 2022 Bronco and made sure I left feeling confident and comfortable. He was referred to me by a friend and he did not disappoint! He’s very friendly, knowledgeable about the products he sells and uses no pressure sales tactics. At no point was my time wasted waiting in the dealership. Every interaction with Kelly and the finance team ran like clock work. My 2025 Nautilus was ready for pick up at the agreed upon date and time, even after I threw in a last minute request for flaps to be installed - they made it happed!
