As the gates were locked, the security person assured us our vehicle would be… MoreWe had to drop off our 2018 Escape at Koch after hours after it shut down unexpectedly on the evening of Thursday, May 15. As the gates were locked, the security person assured us our vehicle would be safe and he would keep an eye on it. Angie Wilson, a service advisor, at the dealership, called us the next day. She told us the dealership would look at it after the long weekend due to the workload and provided an estimate on the diagnostics and a timeline for the potential return. She was apologetic about the delay. As it happened, the diagnosis was quicker and below the original estimate, the repair was completed and slightly less than the estimate and the vehicle was returned to us a day earlier than planned. Angie was very pleasant and professional in how she represented the dealership. It's never nice to have an unexpected breakdown and repair but Angie and the team at Koch made that experience less painful. 10/10 and while we hope we never have to go through it again, we will look to Koch if it does happen. They are very fast with diagnostics and repair and quite accurate with estimates
I was very pleased with my experience at Koch. They were very helpful and patient with me. Andres was great, super friendly and answered every question. Nav was so efficient.
The service team was very informed and helpful to help us with our issue. would recommend for sure.
