That s… MoreBrought in my 2017 Ford Explorer Sport - I had a questionable experience with another shop (not a dealer). I'm always leery about dealer shop rates, cos they're high compared to others. That said, I'm old and wise enough to know - the adage of "you get what you pay for" is not just a cliche, it's mostly true. From the first contact with the service advisor, I felt confident that Koch would provide me a level of customer service, thoroughness, and follow through, that would make sure my issues were dealt with. I had a check engine light - which seemed to indicate something wrong with the VCT system. So, Koch uncovered that and it ended up being a minimal charge. They also found that a code was being returned for the O2 Sensor, something the other shop did not diagnose. That was a few more bucks, but both things are important to the healthy operation of the engine. Additionally, in scanning for recalls and replacements, they discovered one (minor) recall and immediately ordered the parts needed. I travel a lot, and my mom dropped off the car for me. They sent her home in an Uber. When the vehicle was done they delivered it to her house, so I would be able to get it as soon as I returned. Excellent service, especially customer service. Highly recommend, especially if you have a Ford/Lincoln. You get what you pay for... Less

The transmission tech was amazing and can’t forget the service advisor Mitch. They really went the extra mile to make sure everything went smooth and seamless will definitely go back to any future work that’s needed Less
