They did not have any stock available for us to test drive and explained that those models were fairly limited releases for 2024. Our best bet was to wait for the 2025 models. They took their time with us, chatted with us about the current car market, the type of vehicle we were interested in (they realized that no other vehicle they had would satisfy our criteria for HP/Torque), and did their best to try and find a time line for when they might have something. When they came back empty handed for us, they apologized profusely. They seemed very genuine and authentic. I felt comfortable at the dealership, and trusted the staff. We went to Freedom Ford afterwards, struck an agreement on a vehicle in Calgary and then were ghosted..... wouldn't return our calls, text or emails. My husband will probably go with an Audi or Acura but I'm still interested in the Explorer. When the newer model arrives I'll be headed to Koch because I know I can trust them. Thanks Koch for standing by your commitment to customer service, even with people that weren't able to be customers.....yet. Less
