We were greeted by a friendly front counter person and then introduced to Kelly in sales. He gave us all the options allowed us to browse and ask many questions. We test drove a vehicle and had our own vehicle appraised. We left so we could think about what we needed and we never felt any pressure to make a decision during our visit or thereafter. We returned when another vehicle was made available. We purchased a Lincoln. I hope the service will be as good as our initial introduction to Koch has been. Less

Love my Lincoln and the service that is provided at Koch Ford/Lincoln is top notch. Jay, Blair and Gage are amazing and helpful. Thanks for all that you do.
I highly recommend this place for anyone looking to service their car. Angelena was an amazing agent who provided exceptional customer service. The pricing was fair, I actually expected to pay more!
