Save your money and go to a different dealership. Jay is very confrontational and they take advantage of people with disabilities. I finally was able to talk to the service department manager Blair and he agreed with me that they if they did not have the concent that it not allowed. I told him to listen to all the phone conversations where it proves they didn’t have concent. He was more concerned about sticking up for jay than refunding my money. He told me he would not listen to the tapes and the second I said Iam getting a lawyer he said we have to end this call. Nothing got resolved. They only wanted to give me a store credit. The process was very easy dealing with Lucas the salesmen and Federico the manager. Fast forward to September when they told me they will have a better update on the delivery time, which they did and they kept me in the loop the whole time if anything changed with the delivery. Once the SUV arrived I asked to have accessories installed before I took the SUV off the lot. They took no time at all getting the vehicle ready for me to pick up. The finance process was a breeze with Tyler as well. When I went to sign all the paperwork, it was already to go and I didnt have to hang around or waste anytime. I want to say thank you to the dealership and Lucas and Federico on how smooth and quick everything was. Would definitely recommend to friends and family! Less
