Clarence at Koch did his due diligence to check for recalls, warranty coverage and everything that could possibly be applied to bring down the cost of repairs. Once their repair estimate was accepted, they had my car back on the road quickly. They stand by their workmanship and covered the repairs that they did with a 2 year parts and labor warranty. I need to be able to rely on my car, and therefore I need service and repairs that I can rely on. When my car needs service again, Koch will be my first call. Less
