Unfortunately, the previous owner kept a few things (like the owners manual, a key and the key pad code for example). I was near Koch Fird Lincoln and stopped in with out an appointment. The service agents were busy but a young lady offered to help me right away (I'm sorry I forgot names). She quickly spoke with the service manager and they reset the key pad code and updated the vehicle information. I also spoke with the parts department and they were very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable with my requests. I'm very pleased with my experience. Even though Koch is a bit of a distance away from me and there are a couple other ford dealers that are closer, I'll continue to make the drive to deal with Koch. Thank you for everything so far.
