I recently bought a lincoln, and I had a problem with the liftgate. after doing a bit of online searching, it appeared to be something known and common within my model of vehicle. I went to this location to see if I could get a service tech to come take a look and confirm a couple assumptions or provide some insight. Upon arriving, I was not acknowledged by the Lincoln service staff, and left to stand staring at the ceiling while they figured out what they were doing. Once I mentioned my issue, I was immediately told I would have to book it in for service. She would not answer my questions, she would not provide any insight, nor would she get a tech to come have a quick look. Immediately started just telling me to book it in. Very desperate to hit a quota or something, I'm not trying to spend hundreds of dollars on what could be a $5 fuse.. either way poor practice. I've never had this problem at any other dealership with any other vehicle, I regularly have conversations with techs at BMW for my other vehicle, and they are very helpful.
