I was getting very frustrated, so annoyed. When they called me and I was informed that I needed to go into the dealership to sign paperwork for a 2023, that was the last straw... Then I found KOCH FORD........ I reached out to them, and within minutes I was talking with Andre.. he is simply amazing, made my Bronco shopping life easy. He got me into a 2022 Bronco, and I absolutely love it!! I live in B.C., flew to Edmonton. Andre was there to pick me up at the airport with COFFEE in hand... AMAZING!!! Long story short.... I would highly recommend this dealership as a preferred dealer. Everyone that I dealt with was awesome.. I even had Pat ( in finance) come in and hook me up on his day off???
