Since it wasn’t being covered, this created some tension. Although it did not start out smooth, the service manager (Blair Martin) went above and beyond to give us a great solution. My most recent service was amazing with all the people that were involved. Danielle communication was great and was very accommodating for the changes I needed with my service. She was a pleasure to deal with in person. For the second visit Mitchell to complete my service was a amazing as always. I think met him during his first few days working at Koch. He's a complete pro there now. He also figured out the invoicing complication quickly. I did come back the day after to voice concerns I thought weren't correct about 75mins before closing on a Saturday. That team went above and beyond. Doreen was amazing organizing the team that,was there to help me with my concerns. One of the technicians Kaden came out first and looked let me know what he thought and was very friendly he wanted to make sure what so he took my car put it on the hoist to take a closer look. Then he checked with any technician Sal who was there on his day off helping on of the guys to do some work to get into the apprentice program. Came out to talk to me and brought me to my car on the hoist. We talked about everything, then he took my on a ride to see if he could understand what I was talking about.
