Brought my Lincoln mkx in for scheduled maintenance and got them to shuttle me back to my hotel. The shuttle was busy so they got me an uber which was fine. The shuttle was busy so they got me an uber which was fine. The nightmare was when I wanted to pick up my vehicle. Apparently the shuttle was busy again and they said they would call me an uber. Uber never showed, so they said they would call a different uber driver and i waited ouside my hotel for over 2 hours. Then at the end of the day the shuttle made it back and they sent him to come for me. Really, Koch can you not get another shuttle, apparently 2 shuttle buses are not sufficient for the traffic in Edmonton. So from the time I called for a ride and I got to Koch was 2 1/2 hours later. This is unacceptable. And did they even offer my anything for my troubles. Nope not a thing. Maybe a coupon for detailing or a Lincoln water bottle. I purchased my vehicle here and I have been back for service twice and I will not be returning. Kelly, Dax and Eddie were great to deal with. Chuck and Blair no thank you. Less
