I hear nothing but great things about Koch. Took my car for a service there for the first time and it was awesome. They topped up all my fluids and put my summer rims on. Excellent service, able to drop vehicle off quickly, work to be done was explained well, and my vehicle was ready on time.

The agent who talked with me promised to do everything to clear my service engine light that was showing because of a hose that got disconnected but this was never done - Excuse was that he never wanted to add any additional charge to my bill. Why promise me then??? It was the worse experience for my first time visit. Less

We had made a appt. for a recall on door latches on our 2015 F150 XLT for the 29th of the month at 7:30 a.m. We travelled from Calgary to Edmonton on the sunday spent the nite in a hotel dropped truck… MoreWe had made a appt. for a recall on door latches on our 2015 F150 XLT for the 29th of the month at 7:30 a.m. We travelled from Calgary to Edmonton on the sunday spent the nite in a hotel dropped truck off for 7:30 a.m. got a call saying they didn't have parts at around noon saying they couldn't fix till the next day as they didn't have the parts. We picked truck up and we're told to drop back off Tuesday morning at 7a.m. which we did. We checked out of our hotel and went to Koch around 11:30a.m. truck still was not fixed. We hung around for another approximately 3 hours. Remember we had booked this appt. approximately 1 week prior. We thought we would have to spend another nite in hotel in Edmonton. We were both getting very frustrated as we wanted to get back home to Calgary. Truck was done around 2:30-3:00 and we weren't even offered anything not even a car wash for our inconvenience of 2 days of waiting around. My husband said for what it cost him to have door latches fixed he could have bought a new door. This was the 3rd time having this truck in for the same door latch repairs. We are not impressed with there service this time around. We purchased this truck from Koch and travel to Koch in Edmonton from Calgary for service and warranty issues. I brought my truck in with a knocking noise in the engine and from all the forums on the internet with people dealing with the same issue I figured I was in for a fight. Other owners around North America with the same issue usually ended up having to hire a lawyer before Ford would do anything for them. This was not the case at Koch, Blair Martin took care of my case personally. The process is the process and it did take a couple of weeks but Blair phoned me every day and updated me on where we were in the process. In the end I got everything I was hoping for and all under warranty. I am very happy with the service I received. Less
