The only issue I had was I booked an appointment to have only an oil change. The oil change was completed but it took 3.5 hours. Not sure I can afford the time to return for another oil change if it takes 3.5 hours to complete I don't have that kind of free time. One hour for just an oil change would be reasonable yet still longer than the quick lube industry. Don't over promise and over book your appointments. You're going to loose business! Less
Joan was a delight; funny, friendly and always happy. I was kept informed on a regular basis as to the progress on my car and I was well taken care of.
