Dropped off vehicle at 07:45. Phoned ahead for an appointment. Check in went ok. Notified of second recall. Also requested tire exchange and oil change. Also requested tire exchange and oil change. Waited in waiting room for almost an hour for shuttle. No coffee was available, not even to purchase. Got one from A&W down the street. Shuttle driver was good. Dealer phoned me at 2 pm to inform me my truck was just now entering service dept. Would I mind leaving it over night? I declined. The shuttle driver was scheduled to pick me up st 3 pm. He was on time. I arrived at the dealership at aprox 3:30 pm. I was informed that on 1 of the 2 recalls had been fixed. I canceled the oil change and tire exchange. This was my first visit to Koch Ford. I doubt that I will return. Less
