A… MoreOn July 21st I purchased a 2015 Lincoln MKZ from Koch Ford Lincoln in Edmonton Alberta. I had been looking for a new car for quite some time. In fact, I researched my choices for more than a year. Along the way I looked at most of the German, Japanese, and American premium brands. I looked at a lot of great cars, and I would have purchased one of them if the dealership had made my visit fun. I bought the Lincoln MKZ because it is an outstanding car – for me it is the perfect blend of power, ride, quietness, handling, and luxury. I chose Koch Ford Lincoln because they treated me to a truly outstanding experience – a far better experience than at any other dealership I had ever visited. The saleswoman, Brittany Augusto, was very knowledgeable about all the features and technical specifications of the car. She made it easy to learn about the exact car I was looking at, so that I could more easily make the decision about whether or not to purchase it. She was extremely respectful and helpful without ever being pushy. Andre Jespersen, the sales manager, was also fun to deal with. Even though the negotiating process was long and impassioned, it was also fun and (happily) eventually, a deal was reached. The business manager, Roslyne Ayoub, did a great job of the financial, warranty, and service details. She was professional, pleasant, and very competent. It was the final step of a flawless transaction. I am generally not that easy to please, but obviously but I am a hard-core fan of Koch Ford Lincoln in Edmonton Less

Sales department is horrible especially sales manager..actually I forgot his name I'll suggest nobody should go there.....
The service here is waaaaay overpriced. I had great work done from a mechanic nearby for half the price.
I took my f150 to their body shop after hitting a deer. The fender, light and door needed body work. When I came to pick it up, there was a 12" run in the paint on the door, and a 6" run in the paint on the fender. I told them I wasn't going to accept it as is. They told me they would fix it, and when I went back, the runs were slightly less noticeable, but still there. Additionally, the paint was chipping off the bottom of the door. A 1" piece of paint actually fell off. Currently they have it, and are giving it their third attempt to fix it. I will see how it turns out. Less
