Brought my vehicle in for an insurance claim after being rear ended. They were not my first choice as I wanted to take my car to the dealer it was purchased from, but my insurance provider guaranteed Koch. From day one they were eceptionally friendly and helpful. Pauline and Andy in the body shop, were so helpful, and were a huge part of my great experience with Koch. Koch completed the work on my bumper in only a few days, including painting and ordering another part they were not initially aware they would need to replace. They did a fantastic job and I couldn't be happier with the quality of work. After I got my car back I was having issues with my battery, so they told me to bring the car back for a free inspection. Upon completion they said they would replace the battery free of charge. I am 100% satisfied with my experience with Koch and will recommend their body shop and maintenance center to all of my colleagues, friends and family. Less

The service department treats you like you're family. They have helped me out a lot this last week with my car needing some well needed TLC. I have been so pleased with their service and care for my Jeep that I have decided to trade it in and buy a Ford. I want to thank Blair Martin and his team for all of his ongoing help over that past few years!!!! I would also like to that Shelly Possey (honest and fun to work with when purchasing a new car) and Dax Stuckey (honest and trustworthy) for making this purchase EASY! Thanks again!
