The invoice shows they used 6 liters BULK 5W30 oil this tim… MoreI have regularly changed the oil in here since 2015, but I am extremely disappointed with the oil change service that I received 2 days ago. The invoice shows they used 6 liters BULK 5W30 oil this time, but all the previous service invoices shows they used 5 liters 5W20 oil. I was curious about what happened. I checked the 2015 ESCAPE Owner's Manual, and the manual recommends, for 1.6L EcoBoost engine, oil capacity is 4.3 qt (4.1 L), and oil type is 5W20 (2015 ESCAPE Owner's Manual, page 269). So, I called them. They insisted that my car “took 6 liters of oil, typically your vehicle takes 5.7 liters of oil”, but when I told them what my previous invoices and the Manual show, they told me I could come to shop and change the oil. However, when I got to the shop, they just explained the invoice was wrong. I would like to trust invoice, so I insisted that I would like to use 5W20 oil and have correct oil level. Finally, they reluctantly agreed to change the new oil. About half hour later, they told me I could pick up my car and they would not refund the cost of the extra liter oil. In the whole process, they just made up excuses without saying a word “sorry” and treated me like an idiot. Based on their attitudes, I still doubt if they really changed the oil to 5w-20. Update: The second day, I received a call from their Assistant Service Manager Blair, and we discussed how to really solve my concerns. As a result, I decided to give credit to him for taking positive action to address my concerns. I will come back to Koch for regular car maintenance next time. Less

I bought my 2010 F-150 a year ago from another dealership in Red Deer. Including myself my entire family has bought a vehicle from Brett including a number of friend and our running tally is 18 vehicles sold to my friends and family. He's an incredible salesman and works hard for his customers. He brings his A game with every sale and every inquiry. Wherever Brett is selling vehicles will have mine and my friends and family's buisness. I look forward to dealing with Brett Walker again in the future. Koch Ford has made a great decision on bringing him to their sales team and look forward to bringing my buisness to your dealership. Less
