Blair Martin was very accommodating! He got me booked in during a limited time window, took care of everything. Service was great. Definitely getting all my car work done there from now on.
Firts they tell you something is approved, but it's not. You have an appointment and you have to wait an hour. They promise you they'll call you and they don't.

I have never been treated so nicely by someone in car servicing before. Normally I am on constant alert because I feel like I'm treated like one of those "stupid women" that they can just say EVERYTHING is broken too. Blair didn't do that. He respected me as an equal & he went over above to make sure I had a vehicle to drive while mine was being fixed. He even phoned us to make sure we were ok while we were waiting for the part. They have now earned my service on my new Ford & I WILL NEVER RETURN TO SHERWOOD FORD where I bought it. Sometimes when your in a bad situation you think it's good until your treated right. I have been treated right by Blair. Thank you! And thank you Koch Lincoln Ford! Blair, you make that place run☆☆☆ ***1year later*** We had damage to our ford because our breaks seized up and our car started slipping on the ice and slipped into the curb. Our car was still under warranty and we had additional tire warranty. We had damage to our tire, rim and a bar underneath the car. We tried to explain something was wrong with the breaks wich caused the whole mess. However, they refused to put anything through warranty. In the end we couldnt even take it to a cheaper shop because they said it would void our warranties. So we were stuck with a $3200 bill at Christmas that really made things difficult for us during the season. What we paid still should have went through warranty because the breaks either froze up or are faulty and now we are waiting for the breaks to go out again. UNSAFE and VERY UNFAIR when you pay for extended warranties and expext to be covered! Funny thing is when we take our Lincoln there, we get excellent service??? Less

My first bad experience was back in Feb 2014 when I wanted to buy a new Ford Fusion 2014. The sales representative thought he could fool me with his numbers. Seriously? and that too to a brown guy who holds a masters degree in Finance. I told him how lame his calculations were and apparently the system made its first mistake. Lol The only reason I came back to Ford Koch last week was because none of the other dealers had a wheel lock key set in Stock. The service representative told me it would cost me 30 minute workshop time plus a new wheel lock key set which is around 65CAD. So a total estimate of 125 dollars plus tax. Later he suggested normal lugs would be cheaper and he gave me a quote of 134 dollars plus tax ! I dont understand how that works to be cheaper. He charged me 80 dollars for 30 a minute job. When I told him labour charge should be 60 based on ur previous estimate, he said he had never said 30 minute workshop time costs 60, which is true but u don't need to be Einstein to solve a linear equation with one unknown. Do you guys seriously train your employees on how to cheat your customers? The only reason I see this establishment getting a 4.6 rating in Google reviews is either cos its been reviewed by Koch Employees or the Koch Customers haven't gone around searching what other dealers provide !
