NO RESPONSE TO CORRECT IT REMEMBER WHY THE BIG 3 FORD,GM,CHRYSLER ALL WERE GOING UNDER use AMVIC were needed ,that's why I drive Toyota ,they always treated me with respect and always honoured any warranty claim. The Ford I took in was for my father, glad I wont have to do that anymore, selling it asap. Probably going to have to suck up costs of lost part and repaint so we can market car. UPDATE March10, Blair as been involved and agreed to repair my car back to pre Koch involvement condition, and detail it for my trouble, however someone sent a driver to my home that did not have a drivers license with him?!!!! Who's in control at this dealer? Why do I have to check everything? More to follow. UPDATE March16Blair came through with promise of repair and picked up and dropped off car ,give them 5 for the correction the long way around. Thanks Less

Specifially the Manager of Service, Blair, and Angelena, the service advisor. I had to bring my car in several times to correct the same problem. Blair and his team did an outstanding job with supporting the frustration I was feeling and worked hard to correct the issue. They were able to fix one issue, and there is a solid plan to fix the other issues. I always made to feel respected with the issues I was having. They didn't over sell and only recommended services required. This is the kind of service that drives the customers to come back. Thank you Blair and Angelena for your support of my vehicle, and look forward to a long business relationship. Less

I was expecting the experience to be just like everywhere else (i.e. Salesman hiding the actual price of the vehicle and saying "how much can you afford monthly?" or "I'm hardly making any money on this deal", etc.). I was WRONG. The people I dealt with at Koch Ford Lincoln (Rob Watson, Chuck Hyer) provided excellent customer service. They provided friendly service and were willing to negotiate the price of the vehicle I was interested in (unlike the Subaru dealership across the street). I highly recommend buying a vehicle from Koch Ford Lincoln. Less

What I favoured mo… MoreI have dealt with several auto dealers and have found Koch Ford Lincoln managing to stand out from the rest. They were accommodating. They made me feel like I was a valued customer. What I favoured most about my experience with them was that they were open to clients’ suggestions and opinions. They listened to my thoughts and heard my personal recommendations. They were unassuming of what I needed as a customer. Sure, they offered suggestions but at the end of all discussions, my wishes as a customer, were all met. The other dealers that I encountered had limited options. You get a feeling of being forced to just take whatever they had that could closely match your preferences. But, with Koch, the flexibility goes a very long way. You would be able to get what you actually wanted and not settle for what could only be available to you. There was even a bonus – they price-matched some accessories that I found elsewhere.
