From the minute we walked in, we were treated like family! Totally comfortable, pressure free, enjoyable experience! We went into the dealership interested in a Ford Explorer. In the end, we test drove the Explorer, a Focus, and a F150! We ended up totally falling love with the truck and left with a beautiful new FX4!! We couldn't be happier with all the sales people and managers! We dealt with 2 different sales people, the sales manager as well as a finance manager- All were totally professional, yet treated us like family. They spoke completely honestly to us about everything, explained everything to their full potential, had utmost patience with us and NEVER pressured us into ANYTHING! We left with a beautiful vehicle that FITS our family and have the BEST service package you could EVER dream of having! I am being totally truthful when I say YOU WOULD BE SILLY TO GO ANYWHERE ELSE BUT KOSH FORD!!!! Even if I ever move out of town, I will come back to them! They are in our family for life now! My opinion is that little kids are one of the best gauges on whether an environment is safe/comfortable. They will shy away from anything they feel is scary or not safe. It was a great experience to buy our very first car - a Deep Impact Blue Ford Escape SE 4WD - at Ford Koch! They were very friendly to us and they provided all the information and details was needed to be able to find the car with the options what was fit our needs the best. The test drive with Chase was awesome, he really knows these cars! He showed all the functions / features in a very understandable, professional way. He also drove us to the registry office to have our license plate quickly. Jeremy was very kind to us too, I have not felt pressured what was very positive for me as I always need time to look after everything before I make any serious decision. He spent lots of time to try to help us with the decision and he was a good partner in a fair price negotiation. Shelley (via email and phone) and Rob took care of the finance part and paperwork, and however sometimes it's the longest and most boring part of the purchase Rob tried to make it interesting and he let me ask as much as I wanted about anything - and I asked a lot. :) At the end we've purchased the maintenance plan and the extended warranty too because it's important to us to be sure our car will last long in a good condition and we'll drive to many awesome places without a worry. Koch Ford not only worked great for the sale but looked after us from sale to delivery and after! The dealership and its staff were very professional and courteous as they had someone come to pick me up from the airport. The purchase price and knowledge of the product given by the employees listed above finalized my decision to purchase with them instead of the dealers in Calgary and surrounding areas. I was introduced to all the managers and service staff and would drive from Calgary just to have my services performed there. The dealership is very modern and customer friendly. Robert Mahoney in the finance office went into detail explaining not only the documentation well but all the great things about this dealership and how each customer is like family. It is nice that the staff makes you feel comfortable and not pressured into making a decision. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone purchasing or servicing their Ford. Less

I had brought my travel trailer in with me to verify colour. the truck we both had picked( platinum) was the wrong shade of white. so chase arranged for another vehicle and we found one that worked..we then proceeded to find the exact one with the colour I choose and the options I wanted. The situation was very stressful for me, however, as soon as I entered the Koch Ford Lincoln dealership and describe what kind of car I need - Shelley and Kyd took most of that stress off my solders. They were very professional, informative and helpful. Shelley and Kyd did everything to keep necessary formalities to the minimum - checking my credit score was a breeze, pre-approval was done before I even had time to get nervous. Then Kyd really took time to present to me various options. It took me week or so, before I made a final decision on what car I would buy, and during that time I had thousand questions to Shelley and Kyd. They answered all of them, really helping me to make right decision. The final step - dealing with banks!!! That was where Shelley really showed her negotiations skills. She went "beyond and above" to complete that final step and at the end I was a HAPPY owner of a new car. I would recommend Koch Ford Lincoln to everybody. Less
